Dustin Leek

Dustin Leek, MD, is double board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He is an interventional pain management specialist and is the Founder and Medical Director of Eclipse Pain and Recovery in Waxahachie, Texas.
 
Dustin grew up in Sherwood, Oregon, the oldest of six boys. In 2011, he graduated from Southwestern Adventist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then met his wife, Amanda, before heading off to Loma Linda University School of Medicine, graduating in 2015. Both his residency and fellowship were then completed at the University of Texas Southwestern.
 
During that time, he was honored to serve as Chief Resident, be recognized as Senior Resident of the Year, and receive the Fellow Professionalism Award. Dustin and Amanda now have two boys and a girl and enjoy life in the country.

Jose Vazquez

Jose Vazquez has been a Major League Baseball strength and conditioning coach for 22 years. His career began with the New York Mets (2001-2005) and continued with the Texas Rangers from 2005 to 2023. He currently serves as a Special Advisor to Performance with the Texas Rangers. He is the co-author of two books and four research studies, and has been a professional speaker for many years, with engagements in the U.S., Japan, and Taiwan.

A three-time World Series strength coach, Vazquez was part of the 2023 World Champion Texas Rangers and served as the American League strength coach for the 2017 All-Star Game. In 2014, he was named Strength Coach of the Year and became a certified MLB scout.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to his coaching career, Vazquez played professional baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals. He now serves as Rehabilitation Director of Eclipse Sports and Physical Rehabilitation.

Ashley Hall

Ashley Hall is the Founder and CEO of Solaria Hormone Institute, proudly serving our community in partnership with Eclipse Pain and Recovery. She began her healthcare journey by earning her RN from Glendale Community College in 2013, followed by a BSN and a Master’s in Family Nurse Practice from Grand Canyon University in 2020.
 
Ashley’s career began at a testosterone clinic, where she quickly advanced from nurse to manager. She then transitioned to pediatric hematology/oncology, followed by four impactful years in the Pediatric ICU at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Later, she spent three years at HonorHealth Deer Valley’s observation unit. As a Nurse Practitioner, Ashley has worked in nursing homes, employed advanced techniques to treat chronic wounds, and co-owned a medical aesthetics spa.
 
Each of these experiences has enriched Ashley’s expertise, shaping her unique approach to patient care—a harmonious blend of advanced clinical skills, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to whole-person health.
